As at 30 August 2026, no static component of the application is served by a third party. The rendering engine, the typefaces, the fallback typefaces and all images are produced at build time and served from Takion's own servers.
The mapping library is the exception. It is still loaded from Google's servers, but only on demand: on the screens that display a map, and on the first keystroke in an address field. A User who opens neither a map nor an address form does not contact Google. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, whose full entry appears in the list of processors.
Any transfers outside the European Union are governed by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission (Decision 2021/914) and supplemented by the additional safeguards required by the Court of Justice of the European Union in Schrems II (C-311/18).
All content published on gunbix.com and within the Gunbix application (text, logos, trade marks, illustrations, photographs, source code, databases) is protected by Belgian and international intellectual property law. Any reproduction, communication to the public, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorisation of TAKION SRL is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable under Articles XI.293 et seq. of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.
The "Gunbix" trade mark and the associated logo are the exclusive property of TAKION SRL.
Website and application developed by TAKION SRL. Typefaces: licensed under compliant open licences. Illustrations and photographs: produced in-house or under acquired licences.
Use of the Gunbix service is subject to acceptance of the Terms of Use and to having read the Privacy Policy.
